Happy Birthday Jonah!!

It's hard to believe, but our little boy is turning 5 today!! Wow...time really does fly! Jonah is a tremendous blessing to our family and his blue eyes and smile can melt anyone! Jonah loves to play cars and trucks, he loves tractors and Lightning McQueen! He also really enjoys going to school and learning and playing with his friends...especially Ellie! He has figured out all the letters of the alphabet and is really into figuring out what letter everyone's name begins with. I love to watch him play and read quietly. That is his "new" thing...playing quietly in his room...by himself! The by himself part is really important...no little sisters allowed!! He continues to really love her and they are each others best friends...just not when Jonah needs some play time alone--it's hard to line up all the cars and trucks and have them just so when little hands keep messing them up!!! Jonah is especially excited these days to watch the construction of Mimi and Papa's house go up! He has work boots and is ready to help Papa. His birthday is going to be quite the long celebration that began Wednesday and ends Saturday! But he is excited to celebrate his long awaited 5th birthday with all his family and best friends!
