Who needs a vacation, from vacation??!!!

Yes, it was one of those vacations where you come home and feel like you never really went on vacation! I suppose that is the way it goes with little ones and camping!! All in all, we did have a really great time with our family and the kids were very good...just very busy! And my parents boat broke the first week, and actually died...so it was a little disappointing, since my dad has been completely frustrated with their boat for the last few years and has wasted a great deal of time always trying to fix it...that's what an engineer does :)! Anyway, long story short, they ended up going in to Traverse City to look at buying a boat and they did! So we got to enjoy going out on the lake with it and going tubing...Jonah's absolute favorite vacation activity! We also enjoyed going out on the Sea Doo and playing on that too! It was every kids dream vacation come true, wake up early, put on your bathing suit, live in it all day (well, almost!), swim, play at the playground, ride your bike whenever you want, be given a bike ride in the bike trailer every time you smile really cute, tractor rides, boat rides, etc,...it was a blast! We are all completely worn out, but had fun. Mostly, it was just wonderful to get away for 2 weeks from the everyday and have good, quality, family time! Thanks to all our family who were a tremendous help and for allowing Jess and I to enjoy vacation too! Pictures to follow...soon!
